Deleting your PreBookmt account

You can delete your PreBookmt account and its associated data at any time.

In the app

1. Open the PreBookmt app and sign in.
2. Open your Profile and tap Delete account (near the bottom of the screen).
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.

By email

If you can't access the app, email support@prebookmt.com from your registered email address and ask us to delete your account. We action these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, bookings, orders, in-app messages, uploaded photos, and reviews.

What is kept, and for how long

• Records needed so that other customers' past booking history stays intact are anonymised rather than deleted — your personal details are removed.
• Financial and tax records (such as VAT invoices) that we are legally required to retain are kept for the statutory retention period, then permanently erased.
